We are seeking an experienced neonatologist to serve as Medical Director of a high-acuity Level III NICU . • High-acuity Level III NICU managing 700+ admissions annually
• 40% Administrative 60% Clinical
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing clinical environment during a period of ongoing growth and change
• Supported by experienced APPs and residents

Ideal Candidate

• Board-certified/eligible Neonatologist
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU
• Prior physician leadership experience preferred
• 100% clinical positions also available welcoming fellows and J1 visas
