WREA Financial and Membership Facilitator—July 2023

Office Administration:

· maintain confidentiality of membership records and other WREA business

· proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Cloud based receptacle

Financial:

· assist Executive Director and WREA Treasurer with budget development for the WREA and the WREA Foundation

· responsible for maintaining financial records for the WREA and the WREA Foundation

· prepare both the WREA and the WREA Foundation monthly report

· prepare both the WREA and the WREA Foundation budget worksheets

· work with the WREA and the WREA Foundation treasurers to review investments

· prepare both the WREA and the WREA Foundation bank deposits

· reconcile both the WREA and the WREA Foundation bank statements

· assume primary responsibility in facilitating both the WREA and the WREA Foundation annual compilation

· post, record and mail receipts for all donations, memorials, legacy funds and special foundation project activities

· prepare backup of both the WREA and the WREA Foundation Quick Books system after posting

· responsible for Accounts Payable and Receivable

Communication/Information/Reports/Correspondence:

· respond to emails, mail and phone calls, when appropriate

Membership:

· work with membership chairs and treasurers to resolve dues issues

· maintain YourMembership records

· responsible for membership records: posting of new members, entering names of retirees, change of address, dues payments and membership status

· verify AMBA members

Convention:

· responsible for event registration of participants, host unit volunteers, vendors, guests, delegates/alternates, tours and meals

Spring District Meetings:

• responsible for event registration of participants

As an employee of the WREA, the Financial and Membership Coordinator will perform other duties as assigned.
