Travel Nursing Job Details Assignment Length: 16 weeks Location: Atlanta, GA 30342 (Georgia nursing jobs) Healthcare Setting: Surgery – Ground Floor Operating Room Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday (6:45am – 3:15pm) Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,120 - $2,180 per week Employment Type: Travel nurse Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) ACLS certification preferred Clinical expertise in surgical specialties: robotics, neuro, orthopedics, plastics, and gynecology Willingness to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve) No local candidates within 50 miles of Atlanta, GA Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced operating room Assist with a broad range of surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and positive outcomes Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital protocols Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism, especially during holiday coverage Ready to join Atlanta’s thriving healthcare sector as a travel nurse?
