Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized respiratory care for NICU patients following established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement tailored care plans.
• Perform and monitor diagnostic procedures, including pulmonary function tests.
• Manage and operate various respiratory equipment such as ventilators and nebulizers.
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory care and equipment use.
• Document patient data and care activities promptly and accurately using Epic systems.

Qualifications

• Valid RRT certification and state licensure required.
• 1 year of respiratory care experience, NICU preferred.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required; NRP preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting systems is essential.
• Proficient in critical care skills including intubation, extubation, and airway management.
• Strong background in neonatal and pediatric respiratory care is advantageous.
