Office experience is a plus.Responsibilities· Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc. · Answer incoming phone lines and direct accordingly. · Manage voice mail/messages appropriately. · Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service and assist customers with payments, billing clarification, coverages, and policy changes. · Schedule and confirm appointments. · Maintain confidentiality with the capability of communicating sensitive or confidential issues with the utmost discretion.Qualifications· High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent · Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations · At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred · Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills · Able to learn computer functions · Spanish speaking is required This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
