Role Overview:
We are in search of a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient team. In this position, you will:
- Perform thorough assessments of patients and create customized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic exercises tailored to each patient's unique needs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Educate patients and their families on strategies for injury prevention and self-management
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation focusing on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving overall quality of life
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Active physical therapy license in Wyoming
- Strong clinical expertise in orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to continuous education and professional development
