Senior Product Manager, Technical, Prime Video Personalization & Discovery

The Prime Video Personalization & Discovery team is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical with MarTech experience to help build and scale our marketing tech and journey orchestration platform. Our team drives Prime Video growth by maximizing customer engagement by enabling automated, personalized marketing touchpoints across email, push notifications, WhatsApp, and paid channels. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for a portion of our marketing technology platform — the tools and interfaces that empower business teams to operate effectively. This role is inherently cross-functional; you will work with engineering, science, marketing, and design teams enable tooling capabilities that optimize the Prime Video customer experience off-app. We are looking for an analytical, data-driven, resourceful, customer-focused individual who has the ability to work independently but also excels as part of a high-performing team. This individual will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while keeping customers' best interests in mind at all times. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
