Your Impact on Our Distribution Center Story:

• Be part of delivering comfort to homes across America by handling furniture and home furnishings with care and precision. 

• Master safe material handling techniques while receiving, storing, moving, staging, and shipping merchandise throughout our warehouse operations. 

• Drive efficiency using powered industrial equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, and other warehouse tools. 

• Ensure inventory accuracy through merchandise tracking, cycle counts, physical inventories, and system updates. 

• Maintain product quality through careful inspections, handling, and verification throughout the distribution process. 

• Support operational excellence by loading, unloading, organizing, and strategically moving materials throughout the facility. 

• Take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following established procedures and safety standards. 

Your Impact on Our Retail Fulfillment Story:

• Prepare furniture and home furnishings for customer pickup or delivery through assembly, inspection, cleaning, and packaging. 

• Perform product touch-ups, repairs, refinishing, and repackaging to ensure merchandise meets Ashley quality standards. 

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by serving as a professional and trusted representative of the Ashley brand. 

• Assist customers and delivery teams by ensuring products are accurate, complete, and ready when needed. 

• Maintain high standards of quality and presentation for all customer-facing merchandise. 

• Complete required documentation accurately while supporting efficient retail warehouse operations.

• Physical Capability: You can safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver furniture and merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds, with assistance for heavier items when needed, while performing frequent physical activity throughout the workday. 

• Warehouse & Technical Aptitude: You are comfortable operating warehouse equipment, machinery, scanners, and other tools while prioritizing safety and following established procedures. 

• Attention to Detail: You take pride in maintaining inventory accuracy, completing documentation correctly, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
