This dual-environment position splits your time between our climate-controlled administrative area and our industrial production facility. You will ensure that all manufactured die orders are accurately billed, packed securely, and dispatched on schedule to meet tight turnaround deadlines. Administrative: Spends 40% of the shift performing data entry, invoicing, and communications in a typical office environment. Industrial: Spends 60% of the shift managing physical inventory and packing orders within our on-site warehouse environment. Climate: Operates routinely in a ventilated but un-air-conditioned warehouse area located in Phoenix, Arizona. Requirements Candidates must be resilient individuals who possess basic administrative skills and are comfortable working around industrial equipment. This role acts as a career stepping stone, so we place a high value on a proactive learning attitude and great attendance. We require foundational computer literacy to handle high-volume invoice processing and order manifest generation. Office experience: Experience working in a professional office or clerical environment is great, but not necessary. Software proficiency: Demonstrates basic data entry, cell formatting, and simple spreadsheet navigation. Physical capacity: Possesses the ability to stand for long periods and safely lift standard package weights in the warehouse.
