Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Department of Education SLP or SLPA License (required)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- For SLP roles: CCC or CFY credentials (new graduates welcome)
- School-based SLP or SLPA experience preferred, but not mandatory
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment and therapeutic intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans, set goals, and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Guide and mentor students across various age groups, building supportive professional relationships
- Document all services accurately in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
