Senior Product Manager, Billing

What You’ll Do Roadmap & Strategy – Own the billing platform roadmap end‑to‑end, setting clear priorities across invoicing, rate‑card management, charge automation, payment processing, and financial visibility for internal teams and customers. Cross‑Functional Alignment – Bridge operations, finance, and product teams across parcel, fulfillment, and software billing workstreams. Data Dependencies & International Expansion – Work with platform teams to secure clean, timely, and complete data, and build capabilities to support international billing as the company grows. Vision & AI‑Augmentation – Define a proactive, AI‑augmented billing platform that prevents errors and surfaces anomalies. AI & Intelligence – Lead development of automated audit pipelines, anomaly detection, and agent‑driven rate‑card setup from contracts. Customer‑Facing Intelligence – Deliver AI‑powered reporting giving brands deep visibility into charges and expectations. ML/LLM Tooling – Partner with engineering to reduce manual interventions and improve dispute resolution. Discovery & Delivery – Write PRDs, lead discovery for billing APIs and rate‑card logic, and manage roadmap across bi‑weekly releases. Stakeholder & Customer Visibility – Communicate with senior leadership, elevate systemic issues, and influence upstream decisions. Customer Migrations – Support migration to the billing platform and ensure new products bill correctly from day one. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years owning a billing, payments, or financial systems product in a B2B SaaS or logistics environment. Track record of shipping complex, data‑intensive features with measurable accuracy and reliability improvements. Deep comfort with billing domain concepts: rate cards, invoicing logic, charge automation, payment processing, financial reconciliation, and audit trails. AI‑forward mindset and experience with LLMs, agents, and ML‑based anomaly detection. Experience navigating complex upstream data dependencies and working across teams to improve data quality. Strong analytical instincts and ability to use SQL or similar tools to diagnose root causes. Excellent written communication skills and executive presence for clear presentations to SLT/CLT and crisp PRDs. Experience in fast‑paced environments with frequent release cadences and strong cross‑functional delivery expectations. Nice to have: experience in fulfilment or supply chain SaaS, billing systems spanning multiple product lines, customer‑facing financial reporting, contract parsing, rate‑card extraction, and customer migrations.
