Baker Position at Perkins

We are looking for a Baker who is responsible for preparing fresh baked goods, keeping bakery cases stocked and inviting, and creating a great experience for every guest.

The role involves:

• Preparing bakery items according to Perkins standards and specifications with consistency and care.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked bakery display cases using effective merchandising techniques.
• Supporting the team by assisting with washing and restocking dishes, pots, pans, and utensils as needed.
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient back-of-house and bakery environment.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

What you'll need:

• No experience is required. Prior baking experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.
