Quality Process/Premium Product Coordinator

Location: Montgomeryville, United States of America. Position Summary Provide quality service for our customers by auditing, evaluating and driving improvements of our operational quality processes throughout the shop floor to ensure the highest production and quality is achieved according to established standards and procedures. Essential Functions General understanding of production: understanding of Job sheet, ISO/CQM requirements, process understanding, control plan interpretation, calibration and verification concepts, AQL, non-conformity process. Fully follows established QA procedures while performing internal QA audit function. Proficient in QA procedures. Process audits at all workshops. Understanding of Company’s Frames system for department audit input procedures; hands‑on knowledge and usage of job routings. Utilization of problem‑solving tools and methodology to support continuous improvements. Use data‑driven decision making to define areas of improvement. Generate non‑conformance report to management. Provide feedback to QA manager on excessive errors discovered during the auditing process. Support production floor on inspection / segregation of non‑conforming product. Maintain a positive attitude and understanding toward fellow co‑workers. Flexible with working nights and weekends as may be required for major projects; ensure conformance to vision, mission and values of the company. Detail‑oriented and highly focused to meet customer’s expectations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Minimum Requirements 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Basic analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities. Well‑developed interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse personalities. Tactful, mature, self‑directed. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic math skills required; intermediate computer skills needed. Reasoning ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in varied formats. Compensation & Benefits Total Target Compensation range: $50,562 – $85,403 USD annually (base salary plus variable target).
