Job Title: RN - Labor and Delivery *Overtime Available - Weekly Payments* Pay Range : $85/hour to $95/hour Shifts Available : 7am to 7:30pm (3*12 hr Days) / 7pm to 7:30am (3*12 hr Nights) Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours/week Duration : 13+ Weeks Department : Hospital Location : Morristown, NJ 07960 Required: Active New Jersey RN License BLS ACLS NRP (Preferred) Job Duties : Provide comprehensive nursing care to Labor & Delivery patients, performing accurate assessments and developing individualized care plans. Monitor maternal and fetal conditions, respond to changes in patient status, and assist with labor, delivery, and emergency interventions. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with nursing standards, hospital policies, and patient safety protocols. Educate patients and families throughout the care journey, promoting understanding, comfort, and positive patient outcomes. Collaborate effectively with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
