Sales Coordinator

Supporting sales strategies and enrollment initiatives, the full-time remote Sales Coordinator II will manage agent onboarding, coordinate commissions, and maintain the Agent Appointment database while collaborating with leadership and various departments. Key responsibilities: Provide support for internal systems tracking of sales and commissions Manage daily onboarding of agents, ensuring compliance with training and licensing requirements Act as the primary point of contact for broker questions regarding commissions and appointments Required qualifications: Associates degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, preferably in sales and marketing Experience in Exchange, Medicare, Medicaid Managed Care, or Commercial Health Insurance is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience with CRM systems and knowledge of regulatory compliance in the insurance sector
