At $1,100 per visit , this opportunity can add $2,200–$3,300 in monthly income while requiring only a few weekdays each month. This is not a retail or high-volume optometry environment . Our providers work within a coordinated care model where the emphasis is on thorough, patient-centered care rather than rushing from one appointment to the next. CMC coordinates the equipment, supplies, scheduling, and administrative logistics needed for your visits, allowing you to walk in, provide care, and leave the operational work to us. What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice Prescribe corrective lenses and make appropriate treatment recommendations Document patient encounters appropriately Communicate recommendations with the clinic’s care team Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to an aging population What We’re Looking For Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program Active and unrestricted Louisiana Optometry License Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Dependable and comfortable working independently Experience with senior or medically complex populations is helpful, but not required About Comprehensive Mobile Care Comprehensive Mobile Care has been expanding access to specialty healthcare for more than 25 years.
