Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Finisher to join our team and contribute to various concrete projects, including curb work, flat work, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and paving. The role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of reviewing project plans and locations for concrete pours, with the ability to work efficiently and ensure the quality of the finished product.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Five years of construction experience working with concrete.
• Proficiency with industry tools and materials.
• Experience with rebar and hand finishing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Work Environment: Construction equipment operators work in nearly every weather condition, though rain or extremely cold weather can halt some types of construction. This role involves working outdoors, often in dirty, greasy, muddy, or dusty conditions. Operators may work in locations on large construction projects, such as highways and dams. Physical demands include the ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment, climb in and out of equipment multiple times per day, and lift up to 50 lbs when assisting the crew.

This is a Permanent position based out of Bear, DE.

The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $62400.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Bear,DE.
