$60,000 – $100,000+ On-Target Earnings

What you’ll do:

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from prospective buyers and sellers

• Qualify prospects and set appointments for agents

• Consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email

• Manage and prioritize follow-up tasks to ensure leads receive timely communication

• Work within a structured lead-nurture system

• Maintain consistent follow-up through phone, text, and email to keep prospects engaged

What you bring (must-haves):

• Active Texas Real Estate License or currently pursuing a Texas Real Estate License

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable handling high call volume and follow-up targets

• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks

• Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask thoughtful questions
