Location: McMinnville, OR
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
Deliver telehealth therapy to Oregon clients with consistent session scheduling and clear documentation expectations. You’ll conduct assessments, guide treatment plans, and support ongoing progress.
Responsibilities
Provide therapy sessions via telehealth
Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic notes
Maintain treatment plans and progress tracking
Document sessions in the EMR within required timeframes
Participate in consults and training sessions
Follow privacy and safety protocols
Active Oregon license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
Therapy experience preferred
Comfortable with remote work structure
