As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will drive and conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and report security-related concerns. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns. Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and vendor entry requirements, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity according to site procedures. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed. Complete daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs with clear, accurate details regarding patrols, observations, and security-related events. Minimum Requirements: At least two years of security-related experience is required. Supervisory experience is required. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
