PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer in the area.
We are hiring a Production Operator in Plymouth, MN
Shift: Friday-Sunday 5PM-5:30AM (12-hour shifts, 3 days a week)
Pay Rate: $22.20/hr
Production Operator Summary:
Operate manufacturing equipment to convert raw materials into finished products
Monitor production processes and perform quality checks to ensure products meet specs
Maintain accurate inventory and production records
Support production schedules and material flow maximize efficiency
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain production output
Production Operator Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
Monitor manufacturing processes and perform in-process quality testing
Record production data and maintain accurate inventory records
Identify equipment malfunctions and product quality concerns and assist with troubleshooting
Perform tests including hardness, weight, variation, pH and moisture content
Read and follow blueprints, subassembly layouts and schematics
Production Operator Requirements:
High school Diploma or GED required
Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions
Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, layouts and schematics
