Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Support daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of aggregates.* Partner with the Plant Manager to execute production plans, optimize equipment performance, and meet quality standards.* Champion a strong safety culture by leading compliance initiatives, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement.* Coordinate maintenance activities to maximize uptime and reliability of crushing, screening, and mobile equipment.* Supervise, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability and collaborative teamwork.**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence a safety-first, performance-driven culture.* Strong operational mindset with the capability to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.* Working knowledge of aggregates processes, mobile equipment, and preventative maintenance practices.* Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and solve problems proactively.* High level of ownership, adaptability, and commitment to delivering results in a dynamic environment.**Work Environment** This role operates in an active aggregates production environment, including outdoor conditions, varying weather, and exposure to noise, dust, and heavy equipment.
