This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and quality improvement initiatives while promoting data-driven performance management.The Clinical Supervisor-RN-ECM collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to analyze clinical performance metrics, implement process improvements, and enhance patient care outcomes. This position plays a key role in establishing best practices, supporting quality and safety programs, and leading nursing staff within the Enhanced Care Management Program (ECMP).Essential Functions:Analyze clinical performance metrics related to top diagnoses, procedures, and operational outcomes.Oversee quality improvement initiatives, based on HEDIS, UDS and patient experience metrics.Work closely with the Associate Director of Programs, committees, and other work groups to drive desired outcomes.May act as knowledge expert for continuous improvement activities in all clinical, functional, and administrative areas.Conduct monthly reviews of clinical quality measures, patient safety reports, and national benchmark assessments.Planning and overseeing admission, nursing, and patient care processes.Develop and implement short- and long-term goals for the ECM nursing department.Assist with nursing and case management procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices.Assist with tracking development of health plan creation, health plan implementation, outreach services and others.Conduct regular inspections of the ECMP (Enhanced Care Management Program) staff members.Travel to both Kern and Fresno counties as needed for supervision or/and trainingYou'll be successful with the following qualifications:Education & Licensing Graduation from an accredited School of Registered Nursing.Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license required.Experience 4-5 years of quality management experience in healthcare (ambulatory care preferred) or 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.Technical Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of quality improvement tools (Lean concepts, root cause analysis, statistical process control, patient safety initiatives).Expertise in regulatory requirements: TJC, HEDIS, MCAS, ECMP, UDS, Medi-Cal, and public assistance programsKnowledge of healthcare planning, administration, and regulatory policies.Advanced skills in data analysis, research, and reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Interpersonal & Professional SkillsExcellent written and oral communication skills for engaging staff and leadership teams.Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.Ability to lead, train, and mentor nursing staff in a collaborative environment.Other RequirementsBilingual (Spanish) preferred.Must be willing to travel between Kern and Fresno counties for supervision and training.Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA laws.Clinica Sierra Vista values human rights, goodwill, respect, inclusivity, equality, and recognizes that the organization derives its strength from a rich diversity of thoughts, ideas, and contributions.
