Home Health Scheduling & Care Coordinator

Oasis Health Partners

Oasis Health Partners is seeking an Intake Coordinator responsible for coordinating client visits and managing scheduling changes. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree or higher and at least two years of experience in a health-related field. The role requires excellent people skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in both English and Spanish. This position is in-person, available Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
