About Us
We're a veteran-owned, family-owned dinner-and-entertainment restaurant with two bookable spaces in Lincoln, and we're looking for one person to own private event sales across both.
The Role
Sell private events and catering. Prospect, quote, tour the spaces, close the booking, and hand off a clean event. Selling is the job — you're not running service unless you want the extra work, which we pay separately.

A network, or the willingness to go build one
Comfort quoting and closing
Enough organization that nothing falls through the cracks between the signature and the event date
Compensation
Straight commission on what you book, with a higher rate on business you source yourself than on leads we hand you. Quarterly bonuses on volume. No cap.
This is a build — the first months are pipeline work, and the earnings follow the pipeline. We'll walk you through the full structure at interview.
The Venues
Show Stoppers in the Telegraph District seats up to 170 for a full buyout. The Screamers Events & Show Lounge in the Haymarket holds up to 100 and rents as a standalone event space. Both are available for weddings, rehearsal dinners, receptions, corporate events, holiday parties and celebrations, and our singing servers perform at private events at no additional cost.
This is an independent contractor engagement, not an employment position. You control your own schedule, methods and other work.
