Warehouse Associate

Location and Compensation Hopkinton, MA – 12 Parkwood Drive, Hopkinton, Massachusetts – 01748 Pay: Up to $20/hour plus up to $2,500 in performance bonuses. Work Hours: 1st shift Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm. Accurately pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup. Assist in loading the delivery truck. Receive shipments, log inventory, and maintain inventory through audits. Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, peers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and pickups. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintain certification, perform vehicle safety checks, and report discrepancies. Help keep the facility clean, neat, and safe. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High‑school diploma or GED. Ability to maneuver heavy objects, up to 100 pounds. Prior forklift experience. Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision. Prior experience in distribution, general labor, or warehousing preferred. Minimum age 18.
