You might just be one of us. What You’ll Do (And Why It Matters) You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit evening crew assigned to a commercial property. Some are corporate offices, some are retail plazas, and others are condo buildings - where we clean only the shared common areas, like lobbies, gyms, hallways, and elevators. Every property depends on us to create a spotless, professional experience for the people who use it. Your responsibilities may include: General cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down surfaces. Restroom sanitizing and restocking. Trash removal and recycling. Breakroom and shared kitchen cleaning in office spaces. Disinfecting high-touch areas like doorknobs, elevator buttons, and railings. Using safety gear and CDC-approved disinfectants. Reporting equipment needs or unusual conditions to your supervisor. What You Bring: You’re physically active and ready to move - this job keeps you on your feet. You take pride in leaving things better than you found them. You’re proactive and independent - no babysitting required. You show up when you say you will and finish what you start. You’re bilingual in English and Spanish (a plus, not a must). You can work Monday-Friday evenings - usually 6:00 to 10:30 PM.
