Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF)
• Prior pediatric or school-based experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Adaptable, compassionate, and committed to evidence-based practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy and evaluations for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students’ goals
• Prepare accurate progress notes and assist with IEP documentation
• Participate in student-centered meetings and team consultations
• Provide consultative support to school staff on communication strategies
