Coverage Needed

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM; Night call from 4 PM - 7 AM
• Weekend Requirements: 7 AM - 7 AM
• Coverage Type: Locum

Clinical Details

• Specialty: Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 10 outpatient; 5-8 inpatient
• Vein harvesting required
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
• Call: Night call and weekend call

Requirements

• Experience in Maquet Vein Harvesting
• Must have proof of COVID-19 vaccine
• Indiana State License
• NCCPA certification (PA Only)
• AANP certification (NP Only)
• Must be able to do first assist
• Local candidates preferred (within driving distance)
• Self-Query NPDB report required at the time of presentation
• Will not accept new grads
