The Director of Radiology/Imaging is responsible for expanding market reach, promoting clinical service offerings, and driving increased patient acquisition across the designated service area. This role strategically plans, implements, and evaluates outreach initiatives to improve relationships within the healthcare community, including physicians, referral sources, payors, community groups, and patients. The position ensures service line expansion, new referral source identification, and overall volume growth. The Director partners with hospital leadership to enhance patient access, experience, and retention, while ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Associate's degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred, minimum of three (3) years healthcare leadership experience, minimum of one (1) year clinical management/operations experience.
