Job Details Job Location: Easy Stop Storage - Sapulpa North - SAPULPA, OK 74066 Education Level: High School Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 Job Type: Full-time Position Description: Self Storage Manager Responsibilities Oversee developing and executing sales and meeting operational goals. Manage a local storage facility. Train part time employees accordingly. Oversee local marketing, building relationships with local business leaders to promote services and build brand. Qualifications The ability to manage staff. Operational experience in the self‑storage industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Experience with sales and administrative duties. Possess a high level of problem‑solving skills and the ability to make decisions with limited supervision. Experience coaching and training employees toward stated operational and sales goals. Ability to lift 30 lbs. unassisted. Experience in marketing and building relationships with local businesses and community leaders is a plus.
