Job Description
Dialysis Technician - End Stage Renal Disease

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, from 4 AM to 4:30 PM.

Assignment Details

12-chair facility with 2 shifts. Typical staffing ratio of 1 technician for every 4 patients and 1 RN per shift, serving a total of 8-12 patients per shift.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
• Certifications: Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: Renvio.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective dialysis treatment to patients.
• Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment.
• Educate patients about their treatment and care plan.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
