Generate quality leads and support customer acquisition targets through persuasive communication. Maintain and update customer records accurately in our internal database system after each interaction. Meet and exceed personal and team performance targets and qualitative goals. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service. Qualifications Proven experience in a call centre, customer service, or sales-oriented role is highly desirable. Exceptional verbal communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills. A confident, clear, and professional telephone manner. Strong data entry and computer proficiency.
