Basic Qualifications:

Experienced Agile Product Owner
Experienced in software application backlog management
Experienced in software application roadmap development
Experienced with Software Application stakeholder communication
Experience with Jira

Desired Qualifications:

Experienced in SAFe (scaled agile framework) practices
Experienced in software application user support
Experienced in software engineer
Experience with Confluence
Knowledge with applying DOD cybersecurity controls
Experience with managing a project budget
Experience with developing and maintain a IMS (integrated master schedule)
General understanding of software engineering for application development and sustainment
Experience with Software Testing
Experience as an Agile Scrum Master (SM)
Software configure management
General understanding of DevOps
General understanding of software configuration management
