We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our school team in Bradley, IL . This position offers an excellent opportunity to support students while working within a collaborative and supportive educational environment.

Position Details

• Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Location: Bradley, IL

• Caseload: K-12 students

• Schedule: Full-time or part-time

• Compensation: $45+ per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to students based on their individual needs.

• Conduct evaluations and develop appropriate treatment goals and plans.

• Provide individual and/or group therapy as appropriate.

• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and other related service providers.

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student IEPs.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.

• Monitor student progress and adjust services as appropriate.

• Support students in developing the skills needed to participate successfully in the educational environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.

• Appropriate Illinois occupational therapy licensure required.

• Previous school-based experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively with students and multidisciplinary school teams.

• Commitment to providing high-quality, student-centered services.
