Facility: LTC/SNF
Shift: 8hrs (Eve/Nights) - Five Days in a week that includes EOW
Contract: 13 weeks
Pay rate: $40/hrs. On W2
Start: TBD
Requirements:
- State LPN license
- BLS/CPR preferred
- Min 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.
- Duties include taking Vitals, assisting with ADLs, transportation, Medicine administration and reminders, Assisting RNs.
- Care/Rehab or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
