Account Manager, North America (Spanish-speaking)

Account Manager, North America - Spanish-speaking - Texas - Remote Live shows make us feel good. They’re a time to hang with our friends, discover new artists or lose ourselves on a dance floor. We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Operations Team and build strong relationships with venues and promoters in North America. Building and leading relationships with key partners to drive revenue targets, partner satisfaction and retention. Partnering with Marketing, Field Operations, and Client Success teams to drive operational excellence and manage on-site needs for events. Maximising Partner success by tracking sales performance across systems, surfacing key insights and deploying strategies that optimise marketing and sales strategies. Responsible for partner retention through contract renewal on better commercial terms. Acting as the glue connecting the region to central DICE teams, confidently managing Partner expectations and ensuring Partner needs are documented. Fluency in English and Spanish. Business and commercial acumen. Exceptional stakeholder management. Proven experience in live events in Account Management, Event Operations or Marketing. Fluency in one of the following languages is a plus - French, German, Italian, Portuguese. DICE is based throughout Europe, North America, Australia and India, and is rapidly growing worldwide.
