Responsibilities Website: The RN performs therapeutic measures prescribed and delegated by the physician. The RN participates in patient education and rehabilitation and provides interpretation of treatment to the patient and patient's family. The RN coordinates unit activity and assures accountability of assigned tasks. The RN will integrate and coordinate a patient centric nursing strategy with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.
