Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Junior Finance / Business Analyst to support the Business Intelligence & FP&A team with reporting coordination, data preparation, and recurring finance processes. This role is intended to help alleviate workload from senior analysts by supporting the reporting calendar, pulling and organizing raw data, maintaining SharePoint folders, coordinating with business stakeholders, and performing high-level reporting integrity checks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with Excel and reporting systems, and able to communicate clearly with internal teams. This is an entry-level or junior-level opportunity for someone looking to grow within FP&A, business intelligence, or corporate finance. Compensation & Work Hours: $26 – $36 per hour. Shift: First. Work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM. Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Responsibilities Support the monthly and quarterly FP&A reporting calendar and help track deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups. Assist with email communication and coordination across finance, accounting, and business unit stakeholders. Create and maintain SharePoint folders and reporting file structures. Download standard reports and raw data from IFS and other reporting sources. Load raw data into existing reporting databases, templates, or data models following established procedures. Perform high-level checks of reporting accuracy, completeness, and data integrity. Help maintain recurring files used for management reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and business reviews. Assist with the preparation and update of PowerPoint presentations for the Monthly Management Report. Support the preparation and organization of Board of Directors deck materials, including updating standard slides, tables, and supporting schedules. Act as a general liaison between the BI/FP&A team and internal stakeholders for routine requests and follow-ups. Support Elena and Majo with recurring administrative, data preparation, and reporting tasks as needed.
