The expectation is once a week the agency nurse may be designated to stay past the end of the shift if we have procedures to be completed. We refer to this as Backup. This is a high level sampling of procedures performed. The nurses role is largely, but not limited to administering sedation and monitoring the patients. IL: License in hand required at time of submittal. Compact: Must match permanent residence otherwise submit for update + confirm ETA. Radius/Local Rules: No local candidates accepted within 75 mile radius. No local travelers allowed, except for Patient Care Technicians, Certified Nurse Assistants, and Medical Assistants. Tenure Policy / Returning Staff and Tenure Policy (excluding Interim Leadership and RNFA roles): 18 months with a 3-month break in service required.
