Senior Coordinator, Payroll (Hybrid)

Role Overview The Payroll Operations Senior Coordinator – Benefits processing role is responsible for administering benefit related pay processing actions across multiple RTX business units. This role ensures accurate calculation, entry, reconciliation, and compliance for processes including but not limited to: Savings Plan, Health and Welfare, and Voluntary Deductions for active, transfer, and terminated employees. What You Will Do Review and process payroll benefits cases submitted via ServiceNow (SNOW) for all business units. Research, evaluate and ensure payroll benefit issues and discrepancies are resolved in a proper and timely manner. Why It Might Be a Fit Self-starter able to work effectively in a fast-paced highly collaborative cross functional team environment with excellent verbal and written communication skills using Microsoft Office suite of applications. Requirements An Associates Degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Experience in payroll operations or an adjacent field, preferably in a large multi-business unit organization. Knowledge of payroll concepts including benefits, earnings, deductions, pretax adjustments, autopay, and offsets.
