Responsibilities Maintain overall accountability and responsibility for assigned patients. Assist patients with exercises, provide proper skin care to prevent breakdown, and ensure appropriate positioning to prevent immobility. Coordinate with the rehab therapy team to provide acute medical management to improve patients’ loss of or impairment in functional skills such as mobility, cognition, activities of daily living, and communication. Administer medications in accordance with physician orders. Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment plans. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited school of Nursing: Associate’s Degree in Nursing or higher is required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Carolina in good standing.
