Job Posting:  Assistant Manager  

 

Experience The EMBREY Way by joining our dynamic Property Management team as an Assistant Manager . 

 

As an Assistant Manager , you will assist in resident retention while enhancing the resident experience by applying skillful conflict resolution strategies.

 

Responsibilities

• Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts. 
• Audit lease and resident files. 
• Process pre-close and month-end reports. 
• Inspect apartments upon move-ins and move-outs. 
• Generate new lease and renewal contracts. 
• Complete statement of deposits for move-outs. 

Qualifications

• One year of sales/service industry experience 
• Previous leasing experience, preferred 
• Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite 
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred 
• Valid Driver’s License 

Required Testing

• Criminal Background Check, Non-DOT Testing, MVR 

Position Type

• Pay Rate: $25-$26 hr
• Full-time
• Competitive pay & benefits (including healthcare & 401k) 

Position Location

• 80110/CO ; Reporting: directly to the Community Manager.
