• Hours per Week: Varies based on schedule

• Licensure/Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CSFA or CSA (if First Assist)
• Experience: 2+ years OR experience required, robotic and complex procedures preferred

What You'll Do

• Circulate OR procedures in a busy, high-tech environment
• Assist with robotic surgeries, neuro-spine, neuro-vascular, urology, and transplant cases
• Support surgical team members, including scrub techs and first assists
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with all surgical protocols
• Prepare and manage surgical instruments and supplies
• Maintain sterile techniques and handle urgent situations effectively
• Participate in team rotations, including holiday and weekend call coverage

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid RN license in Louisiana or applicable state
  • Minimum of 2 years OR experience
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
  • Experience with robotic surgeries (Da Vinci preferred), neuro-spine and neuro-vascular procedures, transplant knowledge a plus
  • Skills: Circulating in a surgical environment, maintaining sterile field, patient monitoring
• Preferred:
  • Neuro experience, transplant experience, or Cardio/Thoracic background
