We are growing in the Mansfield, OH area and are looking for a career oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team Park Avenue West Apartments! The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance.

What We Offer:

• Pay of $22.00-$25.00
• Plus quarterly bonus up to $750.00
• $100.00 on-call bonus

What We Need From You:

• Multifamily apartment experience required 1+ years
• EPA or HVAC certification preferred
• Make ready / turning units in between tenants
• Painting/staining both interior and exterior applications
• At least 40 hours per week
• On-call rotation every other week ($100 bonus)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
