Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and client-focused licensed practical nurse (LPN or RN) to fill a dual role as Med Spa Technician and Extreme Transformation (ET) Coach. This hybrid position combines hands-on body sculpting treatments with weight-loss coaching and client accountability, offering broad exposure across the studio's services. Comprehensive training is provided — an excellent opportunity for a new or experienced LPN looking to grow into a coaching-forward career path.

Responsibilities

• Deliver every treatment with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a high-quality client experience
• Manage multiple clients simultaneously, leveraging treatment downtime efficiently
• Review client records (UMRs), schedule follow-ups, and conduct post-treatment reviews
• Deliver specialized body sculpting and coaching sessions to help clients meet their aesthetic and wellness goals
• Provide basic nutrition and meal-planning guidance, with fluency in trends like Keto and Intermittent Fasting
• Support clients through behavior and habit change — emotional eating, self-sabotage, and building sustainable routines
• Set benchmarks, track progress, and adjust plans to help clients push through plateaus
• Clean and prep treatment rooms between clients; maintain machines and equipment properly

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the State of Ohio required
• Self-motivated, takes initiative, and works well with minimal supervision
• Strong multi-tasker who stays organized across both clinical and coaching responsibilities
• Punctual, dependable, and flexible with scheduling as client needs require
• High emotional intelligence and genuine, upbeat communication style
• Quick learner, eager for a long-term role that grows with the company
• Provide expert guidance on basic nutrition and meal planning while maintaining fluency in popular dietary trends like Keto and Intermittent Fasting.
• Has excellent attention to detail, motivational communication style
• Comfortable with upselling and maintaining product knowledge to support client outcomes and studio performance
• Spanish language proficiency a significant plus
