Emergency Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $500000.00 - $740000.00

Enjoy a partnership style practice without the headache! 

  Incoming candidate can expect:

• 1099 
• base rate + hourly incentive + quarterly bonus pool 
• Excellent bedside manner required 
• Goal—work at least 12 required shifts/month (12 hour) 
• 6, 24 hr shifts 
• ER + urgent care in the same facility
• APRN’s triage urgent care patients 
• Typically have 4-5 physicians per site 
• 24 hour shift- can expect to see 40-50 patients/day (observations + critical care)
• Moderate to moderate high acuity 
• Run very few codes 
• Births are rare
• Heavy trauma is rare- tertiary hospital available
