This care is delivered under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and is guided by the established plan of care, and the medical plan of treatment. The Licensed Vocational Nurse will deliver care with a team-orientation, an emphasis on good customer relations; sound clinical judgement and appropriate decision-making abilities that take into consideration evidenced based practice. **Education:*** Graduate of an accredited nursing program or met the educational requirements to test for licensure.**Certification/Licensure:*** Current permit or license to practice vocational nursing in the State of Texas* Current BLS* Valid Driver's License required**Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm****About Us:****Cook Children's Medical Center** is the cornerstone of Cook Children's, and offers advanced technologies, research and treatments, surgery, rehabilitation and ancillary services all designed to meet children's needs.Cook Children's is an EOE/AA, Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran employer.
