Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Jay Primary Care & Family Practice

Position We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team at IU Health Jay Primary Care and IU Health Jay Family Practice. This position will be split between two clinics located across the parking lot on the same campus. Details Full-time, Day Shift – 4-10hr days; 36 patient facing hours per week No weekends, no call 100% Outpatient Patient population: All ages, rural community, acute and chronic care conditions Expected patient volume in office: 50-60 per week Join a team of 4 physicians, 7 APPs, and 34 support staff Procedures include simple/small office procedures such as lacerations, I&D, wart and lesion removal, and wedge resections.
