Prepare and package finished goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain organized inventory in the warehouse, including cycle counting and discrepancy resolution. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow and shipment schedules. Load and unload trucks, verifying contents against shipping documents. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies regarding material handling and storage. Recommended Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1-3 years experience in shipping, receiving, or warehousing, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in using ERP/MRP systems and inventory management software. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment (certification preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete documentation. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Bonus Qualifications Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management. Forklift certification (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck). Proficient in using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS). Familiarity with international shipping regulations and documentation (e.g., customs forms, commercial invoices). Basic mechanical aptitude for operating and light maintenance of warehouse equipment.
